Technically yes it would work with a unique blade like Simmons. It would not be in the angle guides though. As the ferrule would get in the way. You would sharpen it like sharpening a tool (see the video we link to). So not the most precise method of sharpening a broadhead, but it would put an edge on it if you hold your angle.
