Hello, Yes, I purchased 2 recently and I am left handed. The level is on the top instead of bottom.
It can be ambidextrous, but for the other side it would be upside down, which affects the lighted points.
You would need a longer screw but I wouldn't recommend stacking them as it could risk pulling a bushing out.
