This glue is more for gluing raw hide to the wood. I would recommend Titebond III to glue wood to wood. (item number 5615)
If you're laminating sheets i'd also look at a 2 part expo/resin system.
Why would you use hide glue? Use either regular titebond wood glue or, and this is what i prefer, gorilla wood glue
I don't know. I used it to secure knapped arrow heads to the shaft using real sinew and this glue. It worked wonderfully.
